What we expect from you?

Diligence
1. Reply to jobster daily
2. Make sure you have time to answer phone calls for interviews
3. When we tell you to look at something, do it, summarize your learning
4. Write down your interview questions, we will review them
5. APPLY to JOBS!!! At least 10 jobs per day.
Transparency
1. Apply to jobster on shared email,helps us to track your progress
2. If you feel unsatisfied or not making any progress, talk to your EM!!!! As soon as possible!
3. Any interview, even a call from recruiter, let your consultant know!
4. Be optimistic, if you feel down, talk to your EM and consultant
5. Be honest with us!! We are here to help you!
6. Any status change that will affect job application,
let us know! (Eg. Employment status, immigration status, vacation, family , etc)
Warning Status
1. 2 weeks after initiation, no resume ready
2. 2 weeks after start of application, 0 interviews, not even phone calls from recruiter
3. Consultant not responding to your inquiries within 48 hours.

  • Career Exploration -> Job Search -> Resume Writing -> Interview Preparation -> Offer Evaluation
  • On-Demand Interview Preparation (Preparation for Every Interview)
  • On-Demand Resume Revision (If no interviews)
